Tom Watson won his third Senior British Open in five years after a final round 73 on Sunday gave him a one-stroke victory at Muirfield. A five-time Open winner on the regular tour to go with his two Masters titles and one U.S. Open, Watson survived a double bogey six at the last to capture his fifth senior major with an even par total of 284. He finished one ahead of Mark O'Meara and Australia's Stewart Ginn with no player ending under par.
