Johnson Wagner has proven he can shoot low scores on the PGA Tour.
Now, the 27-year-old rookie just has to do it on a Sunday.
Wagner took advantage of a rain-softened course and calm conditions to shoot a course-record 8-under 64 on Saturday in the rain-delayed Houston Open.
Wagner was 11 under, four strokes behind Bubba Watson. The big-hitting Watson was 9 under through 15 holes and 15 under overall when play was suspended because of darkness. Read the Full Story Here

Lorena Ochoa came to the 17th tee a shot off the lead. She left the green five back. But while the LPGA's reigning player of the year was busy making quadruple bogey, Se Ri Pak kept her mistakes to a minimum, shooting a 2-under 70 Saturday to tie for the Kraft Nabisco Championship lead. With a win Sunday, Pak would be the 7th woman to complete the career Grand Slam.

Keith Fergus shot his second consecutive bogey-free round to take a one-shot lead in the Champions Tour's Ginn Championship on Saturday.
Fergus birdied all four par-5 holes and parred the last four holes, the most difficult test on the Jack Nicklaus-designed Hammock Beach course at the Ocean Club, to shoot a 5-under 67 and finish at 10-under 134. Fergus was a three-time winner on the U.S. PGA Tour, but has yet to win in four seasons on the Champions Tour. Read the Full Story Here

Phil Mickelson will be presiding over a Southern feast at the Masters champions dinner this year.
The defending champion gets to select the menu for the annual Tuesday night dinner of past champions, and Lefty is making sure they won't leave the room on an empty stomach.
The menu features southern fried chicken, baby back ribs, beef brisket and smoked sausage. If that's not enough, vanilla ice cream will be served for dessert. Read the Full Story Here

Alexander Noren made six birdies and shot a 3-under 68 Saturday to take a one-stroke lead after the third round of the Estoril Open.
Ross McGowan, who shot a 68 in each of the first two rounds, finished with a 72 in third round and is in second at 5-under 208. Read the Full Story Here

Jason Gore got a boost from the Rocket in the Houston Open.
Wearing a black Houston Astros cap that Roger Clemens gave him, Gore shot a 4-under 68 on Friday to join a six-player logjam at the top.
Defending champion Stuart Appleby, Bubba Watson, D.J. Brigman and Texans Bob Estes and Jeff Maggert also were 6 under after two rounds, and Hunter Mahan, Tommy Armour III and Tom Byrum were one shot back. Read the Full Story Here

Lorena Ochoa had an erratic second round at the Kraft Nabisco Championship. She spent plenty of time in the rough and had a double bogey, yet she finished Friday with a 1-under 71 and a two-shot lead in the LPGA Tour's first major of the year. Brad Bryant had an eagle and four birdies during a six-hole stretch Friday to earn a share of the first-round lead with Keith Fergus in the Champions Tour's Ginn Championship.
Bryant, who began his round at No. 10, was 6-under at one point and finished with a 5-under 67 in windy conditions at the Ocean Club at Hammock Beach course bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Fergus was one of three players who didn't bogey a hole, and highlighted his round with a 14-foot putt for eagle at the par-5 10th. Read the Full Story Here

England's Ross McGowan shot his second straight 3-under 68 on Friday to move into the lead in the Estoril Open.

Stuart Appleby was back on top of the leaderboard at the Houston Open on Thursday with the same first-round score that propelled him to a six-shot victory last year.
