As usual, Tiger Woods won't be at the FBR Open this week. As usual, it won't spoil the fun in Scottsdale. The tournament known for its rowdy, raucous crowds set attendance records last year. Many of those fans are busier drinking beer than watching golf, but that's what makes this event unique on the PGA Tour.
