What looked to be a dramatic final round at the Target World Challenge quickly turned into a laugher, thanks to Tiger Woods. The tournament host started fast and pulled away from the field with a 6-under 66 for a four-shot victory over U.S. Open champion Geoff Ogilvy in the last tournament of the year.
