Jeev Milkha Singh shot a 1-over 72 Sunday to win the Volvo Masters and Padraig Harrington won the European Order of Merit title after finishing in a three-way tie for second place. Singh finished at 2-under 284, one stroke better than Harrington (69), Sergio Garcia (72) and Luke Donald (69). Harrington is the fifth player since 1993 to capture Europe's money title. Harrington's $379,546 in prize money put him ahead of Paul Casey by $44,985.
